In such cases, 8mbets reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and pending bonuses without prior notice.
Accurate Registration Information

Providing false information to circumvent KYC requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Management and Security
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8mbets username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes associated with your account. 8mbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Funds Ownership and Anti-Money Laundering
By depositing funds into your 8mbets account, you confirm that the funds are legally obtained and belong solely to you. 8mbets operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or the use of stolen payment instruments will be permanently closed, all associated funds will be frozen, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8mbets are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits, which are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first deposit are eligible for the 8mbets Welcome Bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 8mbets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. 8mbets reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, where the market is suspended for any reason, or where there is clear evidence of odds error. 10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law.
